On October 8, 2012,  I had written the following quotation on my face book timeline “don't make decision based exclusively, on emotions; suddenly u may feel it was wrong when u felt to normal status”. Emotional fitness is the ability to deal with life’s challenges in a positive way. It means taking control over your choices and actions, having the inner strength to be who you want to be. Becoming emotionally fit is important, because it enables you to live at peace with yourself and those around you. By becoming emotionally fit, you will be able to resolve conflicts faster and avoid the sand traps of self-condemnation, anger, and resentment.

Social fitness basically means how well a person is able to conduct himself within society and how well he is able to communicate with others. A person who is socially fit is able to have a sense of shared commitment with other members of his family or his social network. It involves emotional bonds like friendships, liking and caring. A socially fit person is often able to perform extremely well as compared to a person who does not fit in that well into society.

Physical fitness is the ability to physically accomplish all aspects of the mission while remaining healthy and uninjured. Regular exercise will maintain the performance of your lungs and heart to most efficiently burn off excess calories and keep your weight under control. Exercise will also improve muscle strength, increase joint flexibility and improve endurance.

Psychological fitness is a state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life

Nutritional fitness is appropriate nutrient intake to fuel immediate bio energetic needs, support adaptation and healing processes, and protect against disease.

Medical fitness is a condition of mental and physical well-being as determined by medical metrics, that establishes prerequisites for individual mission accomplishment and worldwide deploy ability. Moreover it is ability or capacity to perform a particular task without health injury.
